In 2022 my daughter started having terrible headaches. We went to all kinds of specialists checking sinus, eyes etc until someone referred us to The Headache Clinic. I had lost hope. My daughter had missed half a year of school. Then I met Dr Shevel, a very patient and kind doctor, who after thorough checks, suggested that my daughter wears a PMA (posture modifying appliance. This was new and strange to us but we gave it a try. It works like a charm!! My daughter's academic year in 2023 was uninterrupted and she sleeps much better at night. Thank you for this suggestion and thanks to the helpful and friendly staff as well. Your empathy is very comforting when going through this as a parent.

My PMA is the one item I can't live without. My mother and I both suffer from tension headaches and migraines, the PMA is the only treatment that has actually worked in managing and alleviating this issue. I've had a PMA for over 12 years (since I was in high school) and I've used it on and off since. My mom has had one for almost double the amount of time I've had mine, and she also swears by it. Our quality of life has improved so much since using our PMAs, and we don't miss out on life the way we used to before.
